Seeking Solutions to Modernize Chart Review/Abstraction & Quality Dashboards in Urgent Care

We are supporting a multi-site urgent care partner in evaluating solutions to streamline chart review, provider quality tracking, and audit readiness. We’re sourcing startups and technology partners capable of delivering intelligent automation, intuitive dashboards, and actionable clinical insights. 

What we’re exploring:

• Automated email alerts for incomplete/open charts

• Dashboards to monitor chart closure metrics (e.g., 72-hour close rates)

• Extraction of structured and unstructured data (e.g., antibiotic use, procedure documentation)

• Tools to support provider-level quality reviews and compliance documentation

• Lightweight integrations with EMRs like eClinicalWorks (ECW)

• Optional support for coding review or billing optimization

The organization manages over 150,000 charts annually and is open to:

• Ready-to-deploy platforms with proven outcomes

• Hybrid AI + service models may be considered 

• Early-stage or stealth ventures offering customizable workflow (Would need to be able to show a demo)

This is a unique chance to pilot with a high-volume provider, co-develop impactful workflows.
